Coach Sam founded PBL Baseball to make baseball easier to understand, more disciplined to train, and more meaningful for families. Since beginning baseball in 1987, he has built nearly four decades of experience across playing, coaching, youth development, and baseball education in China and the United States. His work is guided by Power · Balance · Learning and connects on-field training with Baseball IQ education, digital learning, and long-term player development.
